Buying your photo Crystal Moment is simple!

The first step is to pick your crystal, then upload a photo.

If you are having any problems with the automated upload feature, feel free to send your photo with any instructions via email

The next step is to pick whether or not you would like any text added to your Crystal Moment.

You can either hit "Buy Now" and head to the checkout, or "Add to Cart" and continue shopping.

To view the contents of your shopping cart you can hit the "View Cart" option on the right hand menu at any time.

Paying for your Crystal Moment is simple- just follow the steps through the Paypal checkout!

Postage is calculated automatically on your total purchase price when you reach the check out. At the present time, Crystal Moments can only post within Australia, with the following rates applicable-

Upon payment of your crystal, your order will be processed within three days. A proof will then be sent to you for your approval, and production can begin.

Making a photo crystal moment generally takes 3-4 days, so absolute worst case scenario, you will recieve your photo crystal within 15 days.

If you have left your gift shopping until the last minute, Crystal Moments may be able to provide a priority service, although this may attract an additional charge, and is dependant on production availability.
